Planet 9 entered the Kenyan cybersecurity market in 2021 with seed financing for Yelbridges Ltd.

Shaping the Future Through Construction & Real Estate

Mit Bau- und Immobilien-Entwicklungs- projekten Zukunft gestalten

In Wiener Neustadt, Projekt 17 GmbH is revitalizing one of the city’s oldest landmarks on Singergasse — the so-called “Holzwurmhaus.” This heritage-listed building is undergoing a comprehensive renovation in close coordination with preservation authorities, transforming a historic ruin into a modern gem in the city center. Completion is planned for the end of 2025.

In 2021, Projekt 18 GmbH acquired the property at Neunkirchner Straße 18 in Wiener Neustadt. Following an initial feasibility study, detailed planning and official submission were completed in 2024. The project envisions a mixed-use office and residential property with approx. 1,500 m² of usable space in a prime city-center location. Completion is expected in 2026.

Beautyhub.at, founded in 2022 and backed by Planet 9 through seed and Series A investment, offers state-of-the-art suites at a fixed monthly rate. Located on Rennweg in Vienna, Beautyhub provides modern, flexible workspaces for independent beauty professionals such as hairstylists, beauticians, make-up artists, and podiatrists.

Designed as a co-working space for the beauty industry, it fosters independence, collaboration, and networking in an inspiring environment.
